What We Are Seeking
Our agency is looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding team of Insurance professionals. We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager for our Harleysville, PA office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter seeking an opportunity to be part of a professional team with an agency that is fast growing and a leader in the Commercial insurance marketplace.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage book of business of smaller Commercial accounts.
- Market new and renewal business, where and when applicable.
- Process policies which include billing and updating the agency management system to reflect most up-to-date information.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance.
- Create Sales Proposals by determining the best fit for the client.
- Understand clients’ needs and utilize problem-solving skills to create the most effective strategy for them.
- Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with clients in a professional manner via phone or email.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY)
